In response to demand for larger cymbals, Dave Weckl worked meticulously with the SABIAN design team to create a larger Ride for the Evolution family. The resulting 22" HHX Evolution Ride combines crisp attack and warm undertones for a shimmering ride with excellent crash capability. Like the other Rides in the Evolution family, the 22” model delivers warm tone with brightness at the high end. In addition, sensitivity is increased so the lightest touch of a stick activates its total sound.
