Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Maxwell's House of Music. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipment processing / Shipping times 

We try to have all orders processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. There may be additional wait times for shipping from various vendors. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  

We reserve the right to pick the carrier we feel will be the best fit for shipping.  

Shipping Pricing and Shipping Times may vary.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Maxwell's House of Music ships to addresses within the 48 Contiguous United States only and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 
  • We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • We do not ship internationally.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Maxwell's House of Music is not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
