Reference Series 8" and 10" Toms feature a 6-ply blended Maple (4) Birch (2) 5.4MM Shell with a Rounded 45-degree bearing edge. This unique blend in the Reference tonal spectrum produces extra cut and projection for high-note pitch. All Reference Pure toms feature Pearl's low-mass FatTone hoops, our unique Swivel Tube lug, and chrome aluminum Opti-Mount suspension system for maximum resonance and sustain.
