The Yamaha URX44C is a USB-C audio/MIDI interface for DAW recording, live monitoring, and streaming or podcast sessions. Four XLR/¼-inch combo inputs connect microphones or line-level sources, with four D-PRE preamps and +48 V phantom power for compatible microphones. A Hi-Z switch on input 2 lets you connect an electric guitar directly, while MIDI input and output connect external MIDI equipment.

Onboard DSP mixing and effects provide latency-free monitoring, so performers can hear a processed signal while recording. Three-channel loopback supports routing audio for streaming and communication, and two headphone outputs with independent controls let two listeners monitor the session. The URX44C records at sample rates from 44.1 kHz to 192 kHz and supports 32-bit integer audio.
