The Yamaha UR12MK3 is a compact 2-in/2-out USB-C audio interface for recording and streaming. Its two input paths combine a mic/line combo input with a separate Hi-Z instrument input, so you can record a microphone and electric guitar or bass at the same time. The combo input includes a Yamaha mic preamp and switchable +48 V phantom power for compatible condenser microphones. Recording is supported at up to 24-bit/192 kHz.

Direct monitoring lets you hear an input through the interface outputs without routing it through your computer, which is useful for monitoring while recording. Loopback can combine the interface inputs with computer playback and return that mix to the computer for streaming. Two TRS line outputs and a headphone output provide listening connections, while the front-panel gain and mute controls make it straightforward to adjust or silence an input.
