The Fender CD-60 Sunburst is a right-handed dreadnought acoustic guitar with a laminated spruce top, laminated mahogany back and sides, and scalloped X-bracing. Its full-size body and bracing are designed to deliver balanced tone and strong volume for unamplified playing, making it a practical choice for strumming and general acoustic use. The Sunburst finish gives the guitar its distinctive look.

A C-shaped mahogany neck, walnut fingerboard, and 25.3-inch scale make up the playing surface. The guitar has a 43 mm nut width, 20 frets, a walnut bridge, and die-cast tuning machines. A hardshell case is included, providing a fitted way to store and transport the instrument.
