A young, accomplished musician, David Borman III understands that music has a true power. With a lifelong goal of performing and conducting musical works that will leave a lasting impression, he studies music at the University of Louisville. In January of 2014, while a junior at Jeffersonville High School, he served as principal and soloist Euphonium for the Indiana Music Educators Association All-State Honor Band. He also performed as the principal Trombone for the Floyd County Youth Orchestra for 3 years. In addition to being a skilled instrumentalist, he is an active freelance conductor in the Southern Indiana and Louisville area. Currently, he is the Assistant Conductor for the Louisville Civic Orchestra in Louisville, KY as well as the General Music Director and Principal Conductor for Cardinals for the Appreciation of Musical Theatre. While at U of L he is studying euphonium with Clinton McCanless and conducting with Kimcherie Lloyd.
